Homeboy Goes To Harvard Productions provides motivational speakers, keynote speakers, seminar leaders and workshops trainers for educational conferences, parent workshops, staff development, or school assemblies. Our mission is to raise awareness about issues such as gangs, drug addiction, self-esteem, and all the risks experienced by youth in their school and home communities. 

Homeboy Goes To Harvard believes that school culture plays a critical role in how societal and individual problems are created AND prevented. The core of each presenter's message is about making healthy choices in order to develop and foster healthier communication among families, students, faculty, and staff.

I am Richard Santana, founder of Homeboy Goes To Harvard Productions. As a presenter, I share my story as a third generation gang member who went on to earn a Master’s degree at Harvard University. I demonstrate to students and educators how I accomplished The Change that occurred in my life -- and can occur in anyone's life.
